Kitchen: Commercial dishwasher with a 2 minute cycle, microwave, refrigerator, stove / oven, coffee maker, dishes, cups, glass water goblets (also work fine for wine), silverware, carafes, water pitchers, small punch bowl, wine bottle openers, serving utensils, can opener

Runner for buffet
1) Due to space limitations, portable tables are intended for buffets and not for sit-down eating. However, one or two may be set up to accommodate small children or the elderly.
2) Dish towels, napkins and wine glasses are not available.
3) Reservation must Include your set up and take down time. Do not arrive early as the building will be locked and alarmed. Please plan on leaving promptly at your scheduled rental end time.
All rental fees and cleaning/damage deposit must be paid at time of reservation.
Change & Cancellation Fees All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellation requests will be forwarded to the Recreation Office Supervisor. Cancellations made more that 60 days prior to rental will receive 50% of the rental fee back. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations 60 days or less prior to the event. 100% of the damage deposit will be returned.

with alcohol. No alcohol is permitted outdoors at any hall/facility.
User groups must obtain a banquet permit from the Washington State Liquor Control Board website
and post it in a prominent place within the facility on the date of
their event. A copy of the permit must be filed with the Recreation
Office at least one week prior to use of the facility.
