Public Comment Period Open for 2022 Federal and Municipal Funding Recommendations

Public Notice:

The City of Everett expects to receive funding for the 2022 Program Year to benefit low and moderate income households. The following are estimated amounts by funding source:

  • CDBG - $850,000
  • HOME - $350,000
  • AHTF - $135,000

A public hearing and meeting of the City of Everett’s Citizens Advisory Committee was held on November 16, 2021. The Committee recommended that the City Council approve the attached programs to receive funding:  https://everettwa.gov/DocumentCenter/View/29986/2022-City-of-Everett-Federal-and-State-Funding-Recommendations.

All interested persons are encouraged to review and comment on the funding recommendations. All public comments must be submitted in writing to Vicki Dorway at vdorway@everettwa.gov no later than 5 p.m. on Thursday, December 23, 2021.
