The Everett Housing Authority is required by Federal regulations to prepare a Five-Year Public Housing Agency Plan with annual updates (Annual Plan) for its Project-Based and Housing Choice Voucher programs. The Five-Year Plan describes the PHA’s long-range goals and objectives, and the Annual Plan documents how these will be implemented over the course of the fiscal year. A draft of the proposed Annual Plan effective July 1, 2021 (year two of the current Five-Year Plan) is now available for public review and comment.
Because the Housing Authority offices are closed as a safety measure to prevent the spread of the COVID 19 coronavirus, members of the public who wish to review the draft Annual Plan can find a copy posted on the agency website (www.evha.org), or call (425) 626-0108 to request a mailed copy. Written comments on the draft Plan may be submitted by mail (Everett Housing Authority, Attn: Chris Neblett, P.O., Box 1547, Everett, WA 98206-1547), or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Everett Housing Authority’s Board of Commissioners will conduct a remote public hearing on Monday, February 22, 2021 at 12:15 p.m. via the Zoom platform to receive public comment on the draft Plan.
