Everett Permit Services has reestablished telephone service in a limited capacity. Telephone hours will be Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Staff will take calls, check the voicemail line and return calls during the scheduled telephone hours only. All voicemail and email inquiries will be responded to in the order received. Responses may take 3-5 business days due to the large volume of inquiries and limited staff availability.

Our customers are encouraged to first explore the available online resources, which contain useful self-help information. Email is still the preferred method of contact, as many inquiries require interdepartmental collaboration and documents or website links to be provided in order for the inquiry to be answered adequately. While public inquiries continue to be received above current operating capacity, staff is making every effort to accommodate public questions in all forms possible.
