(1) Adopt Resolution authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,507,684.72 for the period of November 23, 2019 through November 27, 2019.

(5) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 3 with GeoEngineers, Inc. to extend the contract term date through December 31, 2020 for on-call engineering and design services.
