CONSENT ITEMS:


 

(1) Adopt Resolution authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,335,158.83 for the period of July 24, 2021 through July 30, 2021.

 

(2) Authorize Release of Request for Proposal #2021-090 General RFP for Parks and Partnerships.

 

(3) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Apartment Lease for Harborview Paramedic Students at a cost to the city of $19,760.

 

(4) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Apartment Lease for Harborview Paramedic Students at a cost to the city of $31,140.

 

(5) Award and authorize approximately $400,000 to be spent annually with SHI International Corp from Sourcewell Contract #081419-SHI/COE #2020-066 for Informational Technology type purchases.

 

(6) Adopt a Resolution declaring a 2005 Chevrolet 2500 (V0159) surplus and authorizing sale at Public Auction.

 

(7) Adopt a Resolution declaring a 2006 International 4400 Aid Car (V0162) surplus and authorizing sale at Public Auction.

(11) CB 2107-25 – 2nd Reading – Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled “Port Gardner Storage Facility” Fund 336, Program 024. (3rd and final reading on 8-18-21).

 

(12) CB 2108-26 – 1st Reading – Adopt an Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 3734-20 entitled “Legion Sport Court Renovation”, Fund 354, Program 066, to accumulate all costs for the project in the amount of $318,491. (3rd and final reading on 8-25-21)

 

(13) CB 2108-27 – 1st Reading – Adopt an Ordinance creating the Special Construction Fund entitled “Madison Morgan Park Improvements”, Fund 354 Program 063, to accumulate the construction costs in the amount of $315,000. (3rd and final reading on 8-25-21)
