(1) CB 1901-06 – 2nd Reading – Adopt the Proposed Ordinance closing the Special Construction Fund entitled, “Everett Performing Arts Building Chiller Replacement and Cooling Tower Rebuild Project.” Fund 342, Program 024, as established by Ordinance No. 3599-18. (3rd and final reading on 2-20-19).

(6) Accept the Citywide Intersection Signing Project as complete and Authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion with Trinity Contractor’s, Inc.

(7) Authorize the Mayor to sign a five-year Technical Services Agreement with King County for laboratory services for an amount not to exceed $60,000.

 

ACTION ITEMS:


 

(8) Concur with the recommendation of the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee and the Budget Finance Committee to accept the long-term obligations of the Hotel Motel Tax listed above and to allocate grant funding as designated in an amount not to exceed $464,764.00 and Authorize the Mayor to sign the contracts.

 

(9) Authorize the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement with Snohomish Health District for a $1.00 per capita contribution by the City for Health District Services.

 

(10) Authorize the Mayor to sign Professional Services Agreement with Wood Environment and Infrastructure Solutions Inc. for Environmental Permitting Support for Public Works projects for an amount not to exceed $247,000.
