CONSENT ITEMS:

(6) Authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order No. 3 with ICI for the Wetmore Avenue Stormwater Bypass Project, in the amount of $9,660.00.

(7) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with KDW Salas O’Brien to extend electrical engineering services through December 31, 2021 for an additional $20,000.

 

(8) Accept the Hot Mix Overlay 2018 Project as complete and Authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion with Granite Construction Company, Inc. allowing the release held in retention.

(9) Award Request for Proposals #2018-038 Open Data Platform to Socrata Inc. and Authorize the Mayor to execute a two-year contract with three one year options.
