About Port Gardner
Port Gardner boasts 3 distinct residential areas: Rucker Hill, Grand Hill and Longfellow District, as well as bustling retail and business areas. Many of the homes in this area are historic and were built in Everett's early days. The neighborhood includes a portion of the downtown business and residential areas, as well as the district administration building for the Everett Public Schools, Sequoia and Jackson schools, and some of the Port of Everett properties.
Port Gardner neighborhood hosts several events, including National Night Out celebrations. The group also helps maintain the Forgotten Creek Trail, Depot Park and Charles Street P-Patch community garden.
