The Everett Consolidated Plan (PDF) applies to the City’s use of funds for housing and community development activities for the period from 2010 to 2014. The Plan was prepared in response to the federal mandate that communities receiving certain formula allocations of funds develop a strategic approach for addressing the priority needs of low- and moderate-income households in the community. It applies to the City’s use of Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnership funds.

The Consolidated Plan (PDF) describes the needs of low- and moderate-income Everett residents, the ways in which funds will be used address those needs, and the 3 basic goals of the HUD programs:
  • Provide decent housing
  • Create a suitable living environment
  • Expand economic opportunities
