Legion Memorial Golf Course stormwater detention project

Harborview Park Pathway Project
- Project completed July, 2019
- Community volunteer project with the Port Gardner Rotary Club
Deer Park Playground Renovation Project
Phil Johnson Ballfield project
- Scope: Turf improvements and hydro-seeding, construction of a new accessibility perimeter trail
- City Council funded and awarded bid to Premier Field Development on May 8, 2019
- Timeline: July, 2019 - spring 2020. Field 1 complete.
Hauge Homestead Park playground
- Scope: Replacing playground tiles
- Timeline: Nov. 18 - early December
Lowell sport courts and dog park
- Public engagement meetings held on April 15 and May 20, 2019
- Phase one scope: Renovate/repair the tennis court, add pickleball striping and renovate the basketball court.
- Phase two: move dog park off site site and adding a circuitous walking path
- Construction is anticipated to begin spring, 2020
Forest Park playground replacement
- Public engagement for design process was held May 13,, 2019
- Construction to begin fall, 2019
Garfield pathways and basketball court
- Plans and specifications complete
- Scope: Overlay asphalt paths, create two connecting paths to two shelters, seal coat and stripe basketball courts
- Timeline: TBD
Glacier View Neighborhood park
- Staff working on construction documents
- Timeline: Anticipate soliciting bids in late 2019, construction to begin in 2020

- Designs and details being reviewed
Van Valey Home lead abatement and painting preservation
- Work to begin in January, 2020
Rotary Park boat launch renovations
- Scope: renovations to boat launch floats, parking and lighting
Madison-Morgan improvements
- Parks staff met with neighborhood for community input in March and April, 2019
- Funding requires property be used as natural open space and native vegetation
Eclipse Mill Park
- Shelter will be constructing the park as part of the development agreement
