​Outsmart Your Smart Phone

Learn tips and tricks for your iPhone or Android smart phone or tablet.  First Thursday of the month from 9:30-11:00am.  $7 Call or visit the senior center to register in advance. Space is limited.


Enhance Fitness


Join an exercise program with proven effectiveness which includes specialization in arthritis and healthy backs. Prevent falls through strength training and balance exercises.

$30 for 3 days/week, $45 for 5 days/week for 5-week session
