A special event application must be submitted to the City Clerk at least 60 days prior to the proposed event. Applicants must notify all individuals and/or businesses affected by the closure prior to approval of the event.
City staff will contact you with any questions or concerns regarding your event after your application has been submitted and reviewed.
A signed hold harmless and certificationMUST be provided with the Special Event Application. Once you submit your application, you will be directed to print the certification. The certification includes a section for business/resident notification. Please send or drop off the signed certification to the City Clerk's Office once you have provided notification to businesses and residents.
