Safe Streets Supportive Housing

Catholic Housing Services of Western Washington has submitted a State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) application and a Review Process III (REVIII) application for a 65-unit supportive housing facility at 6107 Berkshire Drive.  This facility will provide permanent housing and on-site supportive services for the chronically homeless.  The proposed building will be 4 stories tall and have 21 off-street parking spaces.  In conjunction with the SEPA and REVIII applications, a 3 lot short subdivision application has been submitted by the City of Everett to divide this proposed facility from the City’s reservoir and Fire Department’s training facility.
