Safe Streets Supportive Housing Housing Services of Western Washington has submitted a State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) application and a Review Process III (REVIII) application for a 70-unit supportive housing facility at 6107 Berkshire Drive.  This facility will provide permanent housing and on-site supportive services for the chronically homeless.  The proposed building will be 4 stories tall and have 21 off-street parking spaces.  In conjunction with the SEPA and REVIII applications, a 3 lot short subdivision application has been submitted by the City of Everett to divide this proposed facility from the City’s reservoir and Fire Department’s training facility.

The City has issued a Final Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance  (Final MDNS) on a proposed 70-unit supportive housing facility.  The appeal period on the Final MDNS ended on April 19, 2017.  There was no appeal filed.
